Featuring a beautifully landscaped courtyard, traditional parlor, a modern and endlessly customizable Grand Ballroom, as well as private suites and lounge rooms, perfect for getting ready in. We offer a versatile space for your event of any size and style.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental times are twelve hours including the time it takes to set-up. You will have one hour after the event ends to load out any equipment brought into The Blaisdell. Early access for set-up or late access for cleanup can be arranged for an additional hourly fee.

Rental options are available for events that would prefer a more intimate setting. These events will have access to The Parlor, The Luxury Suite, The Great Room and The Courtyard.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

CEREMONIES

A ceremony fee of will be added if you would like to have your ceremony onsite. This includes an extended rental start time of 9am, ceremony layout, and room flip.

PARKING

Parking is included and provided by The Blaisdell upon availability. Our lots are located within close proximity of the mansion’s entrance. Directional signage for your guests will be provided and placed by The Blaisdell.

 

DAY OF COORDINATOR

The client is required to provide a Day of Coordinator for their event. This person can be a close friend, family member, or professional [who is not in the bridal party] that acts as the designated contact for all event details, organization, and specifics on the day of.

VENUE COORDINATOR

The Blaisdell’s Venue Coordinator will be your contact leading up to your event and onsite on the event day. Our Venue Coordinator will handle all details and logistics in regards to the venue.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE CATERING

Any licensed and insured caterer can work in the building. There is a list of suggested caterers, but you are not required to use one of them. If a caterer has never worked at The Blaisdell, they must tour the space and supply The Blaisdell  with copies of their license and insurance. A food & beverage fee of $1,200 is assessed to all events. Outside licensed food catering is allowed. Please see our Partners Page for preferred caterers.
