Hours: 12 hours, 11am - 11pm (Includes set-up and tear-down. Early access for set-up or late access can be arranged for an additional hourly fee**)

Saturday November - April: $4,995
Friday Year Round: $3,995
Sunday - Thursday Year Round: $2,995***
*Final rental rate will include admin and gratuity fee.
**Extra Hours Rental Rate: $500 per hour, max of 4 consecutive hours. The earliest doors open is 9 am. All guests must be out at Midnight. All decor must be our by 1 am.
***Sunday - Thursday rental rate is for 6 consecutive hours between the hours of 9am - 11pm. You can choose the window of time. Holidays and NYE are exceptions and will be charged as a Saturday rental rate.
