Our rental space is nestled on the main floor, free of through traffic, which enables our guests to enjoy their event without hassles or interruptions.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental times are twelve hours including the time it takes to set-up. You will have one hour after the event ends to load out any equipment brought into The Blaisdell. Early access for set-up or late access for cleanup can be arranged for an additional hourly fee.

Rental options are available for events that would prefer a more intimate setting. These events will have access to The Parlor, The Luxury Suite, The Great Room and The Courtyard.

PARKING

Parking is included and provided by The Blaisdell upon availability. Our lots are located within close proximity of the mansion’s entrance. Directional signage for your guests will be provided and placed by The Blaisdell.

VENUE COORDINATOR

The Blaisdell’s Venue Coordinator will be your contact leading up to your event and onsite on the event day. Our Venue Coordinator will handle all details and logistics in regards to the venue.

 
 

CATERING 

We have a list of preffered caterers that have been approved for event food service. A venue fee of 12% will be applied. Outside licensed catering is allowed, but client is then subject to an Outside Catering Fee. Please see our Partners Page for preferred caterer.

BARTENDING

We also have a list of preferred beverage caterers that are approved for event bar service. If your event has alcohol on premises, a liquor fee will be applied. Please see our Partners page for preferred bartenders.
