Tell us a little about Fork & Flair. Fork and Flair is a custom catering company! We are women owned and women ran! We cater everything from weddings to corporate drop offs.

What is your favorite thing about working in this industry? Seeing how happy the couple is at the end of the day. Making their day the best it can be is the most magical thing.

What are you looking forward to in 2022? Any specific trends you are excited to see? We are so excited for everything coming in 2022. After the last couple years, it feels amazing to start getting things back on track and finding our new "normal". I am excited to see what styles of service are coming this year! We love the classics, but always love helping clients create a creative menu that their guest will remember!

What does your day of a wedding look like? Our chef gets in bright and early to start getting things organized. Our logistics staff starts loading vans a few hours before and seeing if there are any last minute errands that need to be ran. Our first set of staff arrives out at the event about 2 hours before to get loaded in and set up. The food then arrives cooked and ready to go. We can get loaded in and ready before the ceremony starts. Once ceremony ends, we're ready to rock and roll with cocktail hour! As we go into dinner service, we help keep the couple and wedding party on track by following the timeline to the best of our abilities. Once dinner service starts wrapping up we clear the entire dining room and start to load out. We have a couple of staff who stay until the end of the evening then to help clean things up at the end!
